Meet Amanda

Amanda and her husband PCSed to Oahu from Guam in 2020. Originally from Charleston, South Carolina, Amanda brings a bit of her bright Southern charm to every interaction.
Amanda and her husband live in Navy housing near Pearl Harbor and own an AirBNB in Charleston. They are avid travelers and love to take advantage of all the outdoor activities Hawaii has to offer!
Fun fact: Amanda worked as a fundraiser for a children’s hospital for most of her adult life and now works in real estate!
Meet Julie
Co-Founder & Content Creator
Julie and her husband PCSed to Oahu from San Diego in 2021. Since then, Julie has made it her passion to help service members and their families transition to and from Hawaii smoothly.
Julie lives on the west side of the island with her husband, 4 year old kitty, 2 year old husky, and 6 month old Rottweiler puppy. She is passionate about the outdoors, design, architecture and wine!
Fun fact: Julie is also an licensed real estate in Hawaii and helps renters, buyers and sellers accomplish their housing goals!
Amanda Dobransky (RS-84448) and Julie Principe (RS-84789) are both licensed real estate agents in Hawaii. They and The PCS Planners are brokered by Keller Williams Honolulu (RB-21303).
